It truly helped myself to unwind and forget my woes and was amazing. Not forgetting it is an excellent means to feel healthy and fit too.
Pregnancy Yoga is pretty much the same as normal Yoga although some moves are adapted somewhat and its kept quite gentle to make sure it stays safe during pregnancy. Myself also found the breathing and relaxation techniques practised to be an amazing help during labour also
